A place to come and relax with pokemon from other teams, or to train for an upcoming mission, the practice area is good to do just about anything at all. It provides type based areas that pokemon can train in, whether it be to train in their own element or in an unfamailiar element.

| Spark Mountain
The lightning on this mountain is rumored to be caused by the legendary Raikou. Beware, the pokemon here are strong.

| Misty Cave
Be sure you don't lose your way in this cave. It is quite easy to when the whole cave is constantly filled with mist.

| Crystalline Forest
Hence the name, this forest looks as if it consists of crystalline trees. It is pretty straightforward, but beware if you happen to come across Suicune, who is rumored to live at the forest's end.

| Dark Hills
Despite their name, the Dark Hills are in fact normal hills. They were originally named for the deity of Kohto. Many dark type pokemon roam here.

| Bubble Chasm
Faithful to its name, Bubble Chasm is an underwater chasm filled with geysers that spout bubbles. Only water pokemon or pokemon that can travel across water can travel here.

| Flame Valley
This valley is filled with fire pokemon, hence the name Flame Valley. Entei is also rumored to reside in this valley.

| Thunder Path
This is the first of three paths on your way to the final battle in your adventure. At the end of this path, you will face Zapdos in battle.

| Ice Path
The second path of the three, this one is much harder than the last. At the end of the Ice Path, you will face Articuno.

| Fire Path
The final and hardest of the three paths, the Fire Path is overflowing with fire types. You must defeat Moltres at the end of this path to advance to the Cloud Castle, and your final battle.

| Cloud Castle
This will be the toughest challenge you have faced thus far in your adventure, so come prepared. Should you manage to fight your way all the way through Cloud Castle's seemingly endless supply of flying, ghost, and dragon type pokemon, you will face Rayquaza, ultimate pokemon of Kohto.
You have been warned, young pokemon. Beware.
